When he shuts everything off and restarts the computer we get a message that says 'USB Audio CODEC is installed and ready to us' but when we come into the Settings it just automatically shows it as unavailable.ĭad's already searched through as much information as he can online to find a solution to get this working but nothing has fixed the problem for him. He's talked me through the set-up and where things start to go wrong but my techno-knowledge doesn't extend to his radio equipment, however I think the issue is coming from Windows 10 just not recognising/running the audio codec. He's running Windows 10 (unfortunately we cannot change this) and since upgrading he's been having issues with the USB Audio CODEC connecting to allow him to use some programmes for tracking/logging.
